سورة الانشقاق
Surah Name: Al-Inshiqaq Meaning: The Sundering
Itha a(l)ssamao inshaqqat When the sky will asunder. (84:1) |
وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ Waathinat lirabbiha wahuqqat And hearkens to its Rabb-SWT , and dutiful. (84:2) |
Waitha alardu muddat And when the earth will be stretched forth. (84:3) |
وَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِيهَا وَتَخَلَّتْ Waalqat ma feeha watakhallat And will cast out all that is within it, and will void itself (84:4) |
وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ Waathinat lirabbiha wahuqqat And it hearkens to its Rabb-SWT , and is dutiful. (84:5) |
يَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنسَانُ إِنَّكَ كَادِحٌ إِلَى رَبِّكَ كَدْحًا فَمُلَاقِيهِ Ya ayyuha alinsanu innaka kadihun ila rabbika kadhan famulaqeeh(i) O man! Verily you are toiling towards your Rabb-SWT , a painful toiling and is about to meet Him-SWT . (84:6) |
فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ Faama man ootiya kitabahu biyameenih(i) Then as to him who will be given his book in his right hand. (84:7) |
فَسَوْفَ يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا Fasawfa yuhasabu hisaban yaseera(n) His-SWT account will presently be taken by an easy reckoning. (84:8) |
وَيَنقَلِبُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا Wayanqalibu ila ahlihi masroora(n) And he shall return to his people joyfully. (84:9) |
وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ وَرَاء ظَهْرِهِ Waamma man ootiya kitabahu waraa thahrih(i) And as to him who will be given his book from behind his back. (84:10) |
Fasawfa yadAAoo thuboora(n) He will presently call for death. (84:11) |
Wayasla saAAeera(n) And he shall roast in a Blaze. (84:12) |
إِنَّهُ كَانَ فِي أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا Innahu kana fee ahlihi masroora(n) Verily he was in this world joyful among his people. (84:13) |
إِنَّهُ ظَنَّ أَن لَّن يَحُورَ Innahu thanna an lan yahoor(a) Certainly he imagined that he would not revert. (84:14) |
بَلَى إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا Bala inna rabbahu kana bihi baseera(n) Yea! His Rabb-SWT had been ever beholding him. (84:15) |
Fala oqsimu bi(al)shshafaq(i) I-SWT swear by the afterglow of the sunset. (84:16) |
Wa(a)llayli wama wasaq(a) And by the night and what it brings together. (84:17) |
Wa(a)lqamari itha ittasaq(a) And by the moon when it is at the full. (84:18) |
لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَن طَبَقٍ Latarkabunna tabaqan AAan tabaq(in) Surely you will march on from stage to stage. (84:19) |
Fama lahum la yuminoon(a) What ails them that they do not care to believing? (84:20) |
وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقُرْآنُ لَا يَسْجُدُونَ Waitha quria AAalayhimu alquranu la yasjudoon(a) And that when the Quran is read to them, they do not prostrate themselves? (84:21) |
بَلِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُكَذِّبُونَ Bali allatheena kafaroo yukaththiboon(a) Yea! The infidels belie. (84:22) |
وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يُوعُونَ Wa(A)llahu aAAlamu bima yooAAoon(a) Whereas Allaah-SWT Knows best what they cherish. (84:23) |
فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ Fabashshirhum biAAathabin aleem(in) So announce you-SW to them an afflictive torment. (84:24) |
إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ لَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ Illa allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo a(l)ssalihati lahum ajrun ghayru mamnoon(in) But those who believe and work righteously, unending will be their wage. (84:25) |
